• A $50.00 discount on their inspection needs. The inspection card must be provided by an IAI-VIP member agent. The discount card comes from you.
• For sellers of properties that order a pre listing inspection they will get an up to 50% off certificate towards their new home inspection to a maximum discount of $250. Must be booked through an IAI-VIP member contractor.
• 25% off the second inspection for the same client should their deal fall through on the first inspection. Good for 12 months from the date of the first inspection. Must be a client of an IAI-VIP member contractor.
