Fee Structure & Authorization

Every inspector has a different fee structure. Some charge based on the size of the home and others charge based on the price of the home. We have found the fairest pricing is based on a room count, age of home and crawl space. Fees are also based on the time spent on the physical inspection and the follow up report documentation. Our prices are not the lowest nor are they the highest. They are fair and representative of the quality and time put into the inspection and follow up services. Remember you only get what you pay for. A home inspector should not be chosen based on cost. Our Fees
