If I were to choose Inspectors Associates as my inspection company
what would I receive?
1. Upon request a unique Home Reference Encyclopedia consisting of over
400 pages of information with 170 illustrations covering everything from the
ground to the roof. This book lists for $95.00 and is offered at a reduced
price of $75.00 if purchased at the time of the inspection.
2. A verbal on site report that deals with the roof, exterior, structure,
insulation, heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, interior, and
appliances. All questions will be answered.
3. A professionally typed consolidated summary report, encapsulating the
site report. All defects are categorized and numbered allowing for ease in
presentation and discussion.
4. Upon request, a color photographic report which includes the more
pertinent defects found. The additional charge for having the photographs
added to the report is $125.00. A movie clip of the inspection is available
at a cost of $50.00.
5. A verbal and visual one on one on site walk through of the property.
Ample time is set-aside for you to ask questions and learn more about the
property you are purchasing. You are encouraged to be present during the
physical on site inspection.
6. No charge telephone consultation for life.
7. Seven day per week inspection opportunity with short term notification
to book your inspection.
8. Upon request a radon scan to identify the presence of higher than
normal levels of radon. Radon scans are only used to assist in determining
current levels of radon particles. It's purpose is to assist in making the
decision to move to a more detailed level of radon testing. The cost of this
scan is $45.00 at the time of inspection.
9. Quick response time. I only inspect 1 to 2 properties per day. An
average inspection takes 3-5 hours to complete. You are guaranteed a
thorough and detailed inspection.
10. Specific problem area inspections will be performed upon request. The
charges for an hourly inspection is $125.00 per hour with a minimum charge
of one hour. Moisture intrusion and air quality control inspections are
$175.00 per hour.
11. Fully insured with lock box access.

1. My inspections are performed according to the Standards of Practice of
the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) These standards are available
upon request. Code reports which include code numbers will be provided upon
request. The added cost for a code listed report will be $125.00.
2. My inspections will follow the code of ethics and standards as
published by The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)
What qualifies you to inspect our home?
1. I am a ASHI Certified Inspector. The American Society of Home
Inspectors (ASHI) # 204406.
2. I am CABO and 1998 One and Two Family Dwelling code certified and a
Residential Combination code certified inspector. Registration number 4022
3. I am a member of BOCA, Building Officials Code Administrators who
publish the CABO codes.
4. I am a member of ICC member number 5137882
5. I am a member of SBCCI, Southern Building Codes of Congress
International.
Can you supply us with references?
Yes, as many as you would like, including client questionnaires. My
reports and findings are thorough, uncovering defects that the current
owners are generally aware of plus defects that may have escaped them.
