GROUND BREAKING - FINAL BUILD OUTThis is a recommended inspection schedule for new construction and the amount of time on site will vary with the size and scope of the project. If the opportunity presents itself then a meeting prior to signing your agreement with the builder would be beneficial. Typically builders have special restrictive clauses in their agreements relating to independent property inspectors. What we want to do is to give you the maximum amount of protection and support during the build process. This will provide you with a much better built home and more peace of mind. Once you decide on the inspections you require, then I can give you a firm quote. Each site visit is $225.00 except for the pre sheet rock inspection and the final inspection. The pre sheet rock inspection prices out at $425.00. The final inspection fee is based on the bedroom count and comes straight off of my price list posted on my web site. Our Pricing
